1 (16.5 ounce) package devil's food cake mix
1 cup water
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup chopped peanuts
3 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
8 peanut butter cups (such as Reese's®), chopped
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Instructions :

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
Combine cake mix, water, peanut butter, chopped peanuts, eggs, and vegetable oil in a large bowl; beat with an electric mixer on low speed until moistened, about 30 seconds. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
